Disturb Me Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Disturb Me app, made by True DevOps. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What the app does

Disturb Me reads the notifications on your phone and shows the ones you choose while Do Not Disturb is on.

Don't rely on it for anything critical

Disturb Me depends on Android, your phone's settings and other apps behaving as expected, and these can change at any time. Relays may be late, silent or missing. Never rely on Disturb Me for emergencies, health, safety or anything where a missed notification could cause harm.

Other apps

Disturb Me works with notifications from other apps (such as messaging apps) but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to them. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Your use of those apps, including replies sent from Disturb Me, is governed by their own terms.

Pro upgrade

Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play that removes the free version's limits. Payments, refunds and purchase history are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. Pro is tied to your Google account and works on devices signed in with it.

Licence

You may use the app for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows this despite these terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, True DevOps is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by notifications that were missed, delayed or shown incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version will be published here and in the app, with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
